HOW TO SPOT FAKES

Before you buy, make sure the GRADO products you're purchasing are the real thing. Fake GRADO products aren't protected by our warranty and will often break soon after purchase.

Here are a few tips on how to spot fakes:

If the price seems too good to be true, it probably is. Genuine GRADO products are made with premium materials and are designed to deliver an audiophile listening experience. Check if the seller is a genuine authorised GRADO reseller.

ADVICE IF YOU BUY FAKES

If you're suspicious that your GRADO product is not the genuine article, there are steps you can take to get help.

• Contact the seller and try to return the product for a full refund. (Don't give any more personal info to the seller, though.)
• Call your credit card company and ask for an immediate "charge back" or "reversal of charges."
• If you bought it through a platform or payment service like eBay or Paypal, report the cseller to them.
• Monitor your credit card for suspicious activity in the future. Many of these bad websites are phishing sites looking to steal personal information.
